Boil Milk 1 litre in a pan
Once milk is boiled add 1 lemon juice to it
Keep stirring till the milk curdles
Now you can see milk shred is seperated
Use clean cloth and Drain the excess water
Add some water and wash to get rid of lemon smell
Collect the milk shred in a clean cloth
Place q weight on Top of cloth and leave for 2 hours
After 2 hours you can find very soft and spongy Homemade Paneer ready
