  • 1 cup clean spinach leaves


  • 1 ripe big chilled banana


  • 1-2 tbsp nuts of your choice


  • 1 cup cold Soy/Almonds milk


  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Directions

  • Rinse clean and chop spinach leaves
  • Blend all ingredients well to form smooth drink. Pour in cold serving glass
  • Alternatively here banana can be substituted with any fruits of your choice
  • Serve immediately
