1 cup clean spinach leaves
1 ripe big chilled banana
1-2 tbsp nuts of your choice
1 cup cold Soy/Almonds milk
1 teaspoon honey optional
Directions
Rinse clean and chop spinach leaves
Blend all ingredients well to form smooth drink. Pour in cold serving glass
Alternatively here banana can be substituted with any fruits of your choice
Serve immediately
