Boil milk on medium flame
Stir between
Once the milk is boiled
Add chopped spinach, chopped ginger,kasuri methi....stir
Add lemon juice...stir
Add salt (optional)
Stir....You will see that the Paneer is separated from the water
Now pour this from any muslin cloth
Set it on a plate...cover with another plate and keep a heavy rolling board on it for 30 minutes or till all water removed
Your Masala-Paneer is ready
