Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 3 big ONION sliced

  • 4 big TOMATO sliced

  • 2 GREEN CHILI chopped

  • 6 to 7 leaves of CORIANDER to garnish

  • 7 to 8 pieces of GINGER AND GARLIC chopped

  • 1/2 cup NUTRI soaked

  • 3 POTATOES

  • 2 tablespoon SALT

  • 1 tablespoon DEGGIE MIRCH

  • 1 and half tablespoon TURMERIC

  • 1/3 tablespoon BLACK PEPPER POWDER

  • 1 tablespoon KITCHEN KING

  • 1 tablespoon CUMIN POWDER

  • 1 tablespoon CUMIN SEEDS

  • 1 tablespoon CORIANDER POWDER

  • 1 tablespoon MAGGIE MASALA optional

Directions

    First soak the nutri in warm water

  • 02

    Now in another pan put some oil and roast jeera

  • 03

    Now add sliced onion and ginger and garlic

  • 04

    Make them brown and add sliced tomatoes and green chilli

  • 05

    Now add some water and simmer the masala at very low flame after adding all the spices for atleast 10 to 15 minutes

    Now use hand blender and blend it thick.do not blend like a paste

    Add sliced potatoes and soaked nutri and add 1 or 2 glasses of water

    Let sit for 2 whistles and garnish with coriander leaves

    Yummy nutritious nutri curry is ready.which is really a veg chicken for totally vegetarian people and great source of protein
