Wash the roasted moong dal in water and then soak them in the warm milk for 30 minutes.
Grind the soaked moong dal along with milk and sugar.
Make a smooth paste of it.
Then add the apple chunks and chopped dry fruits in it.
Mix the salt, baking powder, baking soda and ghee in it .
Mix it well. Grease a cake tin with ghee and butter paper and pour the batter in it.
Then bake it in preheated microwave in 160c for 35- 40 minutes or in a preheated pressure cooker by placing a iron tawa on the gas stove and over it place the cooker with the cake mould and cover the lid without weighing the whistle.
After 30 minutes check whether it is baked perfectly or not with the help of a toothpick. If not then bake it for another 5-7 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
Now your protein rich cake is baked.
Your Chunk apple dry fruits moong dal cake is now ready. Demould it after cooling down. Cut into pieces and serve.
You can store it for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
