Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Half of 1 cup boiled Rajma beans


  • Half of 1 cup boiled moong daal


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 3 tbsp roasted gram flour


  • Half of 1 tsp cinnamon powder


  • Half of 1 tsp clove powder


  • Half of 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • Half of 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • Half of 1 tsp cumin seeds powder


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 2 tbsp cashew nut powder


  • 3 chopped green chillies


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 4 tbsp Oil as needed


  • 1 tsp salt


  • Half of 1 lemon juice


  • 1 small bowl boiled noodles


  • 2 tbsp boiled peas


  • 2 Almonds for eyes


  • 1 small tomato

Directions

  • Heat up oil in the pan add onions Saute for 1 minute
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and allow to cool
  • in a large bowl add Rajma
  • now add boiled moong daal
  • now add all the given ingredients and mix them well to form a dough
  • at the end squeeze lime juice over the top
  • divide the mixture into equal parts
  • take the mixture and make a flat round
  • heat oil in order to roast kababs
  • cook them in slow flame
  • flip them once when golden brown
  • take them out in absorbent paper
  • now take a separate men and heat up the oil
  • now and red chilli powder, salt ,Garam Masala and tomato sauce in it
  • after 2 minutes and the boil noodles in it
  • stir for two minutes and decorate as shown in the picture
  • now you are gilouti kebabs are ready and serve in a very different manner
