Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Walnuts 1 cup (Soaked 2-3 hours)

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Shahi jeera 1 tsp

  • Garlic cloves 5-6

  • Green chilly 3

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Take soaked walnuts, yogurt, garlic, green chilly, in a grinder jar

  • 02

    Add salt and shahi jeera

  • 03

    Grind all together for 45 seconds add lemon juice

  • 04

    Kashmiri Akhrot Chatani is ready
