In a bowl add sugar and place on stove
Slowly sugar starts caramelizing that is sugar melts and it changes colour to brown
Before caremelizing take badam in a hand blender and blend them coarsely
Now after total sugar is caremelized add coarsely blended badam and saute for 2min
Now add butter and simmer for 2min
Meanwhile take a plate and grease with ghee or butter
Now transfer these caramelised sugar mixture on to the plate
After few minutes these mixture gets hardens
Now break this hardens mixture and make coarse powder
Thus butterscotch is made now you can add this to vanilla ice cream or decorate over a cake
