Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cup quick oats


  • 1 cup chopped mixed veggies as per your choice


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 6-7 tofu or paneer cubed


  • 1/2 fresh red chilli chopped


  • 1/2 tsp onion powder


  • 1 tsp salt and pepper or as needed


  • 3 cups vegetable stock or water (or as needed)

Directions

  • Heat a pan and melt the butter. Add garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
  • Add veggies and red chilli. Fry for 1 minute. I have used cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, peas, green chilli and tomato. Feel free to add veggies of your choice.
  • Add tofu or paneer and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add oats and saute for 1 minute. Add onion powder and mix well.
  • Add stock or water and bring it to boil for few minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle some more pepper on top and serve hot.
