1 cup tofu
1 cup boiled broccoli
1/2 cup spinch 1 tsp mixed herb 1 tsp Chilli flakes Salt 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tbs olive oil
Take nonstick kadai add chopped spinch, mix herbs, chilli flakes, saute them for a minute.
Now add boiled broccoli, and saute 1 minute, mix well,
Then add cubes of tofu, salt and soya sauce, toss it very well, and cook for next 2 min.
