In a pan add oil when oil is medium hot add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric make aure oil is medium hot and heat is in sim otherwise chilly powder may get burnt
Slightly saute the powders in oil after they get saute add puffed rice
Fry them till they are crisp
Now take them in other bowl and add again oil and add ground nuts and fry them later transfer them into other bowl and add pinch of salt and required red chilly powder and mix well
Add salt in small amount as puffed rice is salted
Now add roughly chopped tomatoes, onions, potatoes, ground nuts, puffed rice and mix well now add coriander
Transfer to a serving plate and squeeze lemon
If required add sev on top for garnish
In general they add tamarind and pudina chutney but you can avoid it and try this variety rather the routine bhelpuri
