Heat 4 tbsp oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds and let them sputter.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
Add onion, green chilli and tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the masala and fry for 30 seconds.
Add boiled rajma and fry for 1 minute. Add rajma water little by little and cook it for 15-20 minutes or untill desired consistency. Rajma gravy is ready.
For the tikki= Mash the potatoes well in a bowl. Add bread crumbs, salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well.
Take small portion of the mixture and shape it into small tikkies. Repeat untill done.
Heat enough oil in a pan to shallow fry the tikkies and fry on medium flame untill golden brown and crispy from both sides. Tikkies are done.
Place tikkies in a plate. Add rajma gravy over it. Add chopped onion, green chilli and tomato. Add imli, green and tomato chutney. Sprinkle some chaat masala and sev. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
Serve immediately. Enjoy.
