Boil chana dal along with salt or 3-4 whistle
Heat ghee in a wik and add hing and jeera
As jeera crackle add bay leaf and saute it
Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,green chilly and cook for a while
Add pureed tomato and cook till ghee releases
Add garam masala and green coriander
Add boiled dal in it and let it simmer on low flame
Seeve it with chapati or boiled rice
