Ingredients

Kofta :-
Bottle Gourd 500 g
Gram flour 1 tsp
Chopped green chilly 2
Chopped coriander 2 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 cup for deep frying
Spinach :-
Chopped spinach 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Tadka:-
Chopped onion 2
Tomato 1
Garlic 8-10 cloves
Ginger 1 piece
Dry coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Degi mirch 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tsp
Directions
Boil spinach in a pressure cooker with salt for 5 minutes
Release pressure from cooker
Drain extra water from boiled Spinach
And grind it ... keep aside
Wash bottle gourd and peel it
Grate from bigger side of hand grater
Heat oil
Keep flame medium
Take grated bottle gourd in a big bowl
Add everything and mix it well
Make small balls and put in hot oil carefully
Now keep flame high and fry balls till golden brown
Keep aside
Heat oil in a pan
Add onions and fry till golden brown on high flame
In between grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies
Add tomato mixture keep flame medium
Add whole masale and fry till oil remove on high flame...stir between
Add boiled Spinach in tadaka...stir well
Cook for 5 minutes on high flame
Stir between
Add Kofte and cook for another 2-3 minutes....stir between
