Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Eggs 5


  • Oil 4 tablespoon( 2batches)


  • Boiled rice 3 cups


  • Green chilli chopped 3


  • Onions chopped 2 cups


  • Ginger garlic paste or crushed 3 teaspoon


  • Capsicum 1 cup chopped


  • Carrot 2 cup chopped


  • Peas 1 cup boiled


  • Salt 1 tablespoon ( rice)


  • Salt as per taste or 1 teaspoon ( egg burji)


  • Garam masala 1 tablespoon


  • Haldi 1 teaspoon


  • Lal mirch powder 1 teaspoon


  • White vinegar 2 tablespoon


  • Soy sauce 1 and half tablespoon


  • Green chilli sauce 1 tablespoon


  • Spring onions 1 cup chopped


  • Tomato ketchup 4 tablespoon

Directions

  • In a glass add egg whites and egg yolks and add some salt and then Beat It.
  • Now take a Kadai and add oil and then add that egg whites and egg yolks better and make an omelette of it after that scrap it from the sides with the help of a spatula.
  • Add green chilli to it and the make its burji.
  • Now take that kadai and add oil once again and chopped onions and saute it for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Then add garlic and ginger paste and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Now add capsicum, carrot, peas, and dry spices like salt,garam masala, haldi powder, lal mirch powder and mix all well. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now add boiled rice and add some vinegar,soya sauce, chilli sauce,spring onions and tomato ketchup and mix all very well. (No balls of rice should be their).
