Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 150gms black chana soaked 4 hours


  • 2 Green chilli


  • 1 tsp Ginger pieces


  • 3garlic cloves


  • 1tsp olive oil


  • 1cup coriander


  • 1tsp cumin seeds


  • 2tsp garam flore


  • 2 cups Oil


  • 1lemon piece


  • 2tsp grated coconut


  • 1tsp daniya seeds

Directions

  • Take a mixer jar put kalachana,chilli,garlic,ginger,coriander,salt
  • Blend it for moisture add lemonjuice once blending done take out to a bowl
  • Take out to mixer ina bowl,a dd garam flore,pepper,cumin powder,coriander
  • Mix well all theose make oval shaped
  • Once shaped done leave into an oil fri well once it gets golden brown color take out
  • For dip::take a blender put black chana add lemon juice,olive oil,salt,cumin,coriander coconut add all those make fine thick paste
  • Take a plate put kalachana dip with kalachana fritters sprinkle chilli powder pour olive oil ready to serve
