Paneer 250gm
cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 tablespoon
Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Paneer masala 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cream or Malai 1/2 cup
Onion 2
Tomato 3
Fenugreek leaves 1/2 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Directions
Heat a pan. Add oil in it.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add chopped onions and saute them till they become golden brown.
Now add tomato puree and saute for a while.
Add salt and dry spices in it.
Mix well.
Add fresh cream in it.
Add paneer cubes in it and saute them .
Let and boil come and sprinkle fenugreek leaves in it.
It's ready.
