Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup green moong


  • 1 cup chopped spinach


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon chat masala


  • 1 tablespoon green chili paste


  • 1 cube cheese

Directions

  • Soak the moong for 8 hours
  • Grind it by adding 1/2 cup of water
  • Add salt, chilly paste, and chopped spinach
  • Make batter semi liquid consistency
  • In a pan add 1 teaspoon butter , add 1 laddle of batter, spread it and cook for 2 min. On low flame
  • Now turn it and apply 1/2 teaspoon butter and cook for 3 min. Then sprinkle greated cheese and chat masala on it.
  • Make role and cut into two parts
  • Serve with ketchup
