Soak the moong for 8 hours
Grind it by adding 1/2 cup of water
Add salt, chilly paste, and chopped spinach
Make batter semi liquid consistency
In a pan add 1 teaspoon butter , add 1 laddle of batter, spread it and cook for 2 min. On low flame
Now turn it and apply 1/2 teaspoon butter and cook for 3 min. Then sprinkle greated cheese and chat masala on it.
Make role and cut into two parts
Serve with ketchup
