Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cottage cheese 250 gm. Cut in cubes

  • Minced onion 2

  • Tomato puree 1 cup

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Corrieander powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Paneer masala 1 teaspoon

  • Kasuri methi 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 2 tablespoon

  • Malai 1/2 cup

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

    Add minced onions in it. Soute until light golden brown.

    Add tomato puree in it. Mix well and cook until oil separates. 5.

    Add salt and dry spices in it. Mix well and cook for five minutes. If needed add a little water in it.

    Add malai in it. Stir well.

  • 07

    Add kasoori methi in it. Stir well.

  • 08

    Now add cheese in it. Mix well and cook for two minutes on low flame.

    It's ready.
