Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Milk 700 ml

  • Rice flour 1 cup

  • Plum jaggery 400 gm

  • Coconut laddoo 3 pieces

  • warm water 1/3 cup

    Take a bowl add rice flour and water also.

    Make a soft dough.

  • 03

    Make a small ball.

  • 04

    Fill with coconut laddoo and cover it.

  • 05

    Take a kodai add milk.

  • 06

    Boiled it till it's half.Add jaggery also. Add pitha.

    Again boiled it for 25 minutes.

  • 08

    Remove it.

  • 09

    Serve hot Doodh Pitha for heavy breakfast.
