  • Boiled kidney beans_1/2 cup

  • Bread slices 6-8

  • Onion-1

  • Tomato-1

  • Ginger-1/2 tsp-grated

  • Green chilli-1 chopped

  • Cheese-1 tbsp grated

  • Red chilli sauce-1 tsp

  • Green chilli sauce-1 tsp

  • Chilli flakes-1/4 tsp

  • Salt-1/2 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • Oil-1 tbs

  • Butter-2 tbsp

  • Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp


  • In a grinder add tomato, onion,ginger green chilli,grind them and make smooth paste
  • Cut bread slice in desired shape
  • In a pan heat oil,
  • Add tomato paste,saute well
  • Now add boiled kidney beans,mix all masala,sugar and salt
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Now add red chilli sauce,green chilli sauce
  • Cook for another minute
  • Spread tomato sauce on each slice
  • Now spread kidney bean mixture on it
  • Garnish grated cheese and chilli flax
  • Bake in oven or non stick tava until crispy and brown from bottom
  • Serve hot with sauce and chutney
