Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour


  • 1/2 cup semolina


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 2 cup oil for frying


  • 1 cup chickpeas boiled


  • 1 cup moong sprouts boiled


  • 1 potato boiled and cubed


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1/4 cup cucumber chopped


  • 1 tbsp green chutney


  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1 tsp red Chilli powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp naylon sev


  • 2 tbsp pomegranate


  • 1/2 cup corrainder leaves

Directions

  • Firstly take a bowl add all flour, semolina, salt, oil, required water and knead a dough
  • Now pinch a ball sized dough and roll slightly thick. And prick the flattened dough with fork
  • Now place a small katori and wrap the dpugh now bake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes. When it turn golden and crispy separate from the dough
  • Take a bowl add chickpeas, moong sprouts, onion, potato, tomato, cucumber, curd, both chutney and salt, red Chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, mix nicely.
  • Now assemble katori in a plate put sprouts mixture and garnish with both chutney, pinch salt, chaat masala, naylon sev, pomegranate ,and corrainder leaves.
  • Now serve healthy delicious katori chaat.
