Firstly take a bowl add all flour, semolina, salt, oil, required water and knead a dough
Now pinch a ball sized dough and roll slightly thick. And prick the flattened dough with fork
Now place a small katori and wrap the dpugh now bake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes. When it turn golden and crispy separate from the dough
Take a bowl add chickpeas, moong sprouts, onion, potato, tomato, cucumber, curd, both chutney and salt, red Chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, mix nicely.
Now assemble katori in a plate put sprouts mixture and garnish with both chutney, pinch salt, chaat masala, naylon sev, pomegranate ,and corrainder leaves.
Now serve healthy delicious katori chaat.
