Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup chana daal

  • 1/4 cup moong daal

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

  • 1 spring curry leaves

  • 1 tsp fennal seed

  • 2 tbs Oil

  • 1/4tsp pinch of hing

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per you taste

Directions

    Soak chana daal moong daal in enough water for 3 to 4 hr.

    Blend oats, green chillies, fennel seeds, ginger in a mixer

  • 03

    Add soaked chana daal, moong daal grind to a paste

  • 04

    Paste should be like broken wheat taxture, add little water while grinding to make smooth paste

  • 05

    Mix enough water to pouring consistency, now add chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, hing, in the better and mix well

    Pour this oats and daal better in pariyaram maker, add 1/4 tsp oil in each mould, cook for 2 min, flip the pariyaram and cook other side till become golden brown in colour

  • 07

    With the help of spoon take out pariyaram out from pariyaram maker transfer them on plate, serve hot with chatni of your choice
