Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Paneer-1/2 cup


  • Milk-1 cup


  • Condenced milk-1 tbsp


  • Milk powder-1 tbsp


  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp

Directions

  • Mash paneer coarsely and add milk powder to it
  • Add condensed milk and milk and mix well
  • Heat the mixture in a thick bottomed pan
  • Cook on medium heat with constant stirring till the mixture becomes thick
  • Remove from fire and spread onto a greased plate sprinkle elaichi powder
  • Top with grated almonds and pista
  • Cool and cut into squares
