Ingredients

Directions

  • sabse Pehle Hum Ek pan Mein half litre milk boil hone Rakh Denge.
  • Jab milk boil Ho Jaye tab Hum isme vanigar dalkar chena bana. Lenge
  • Ab ek muslin cloth Mein chena ko dal Kar iska Sara Pani NeChod lenge.
  • Jab Chena Ka Pani acche se nikal jaye tab Hum isme corn flour mix Karke isse hatho se musal kar Chikna kar Lenge
  • ab hum chena Se Choti Choti balls Bana Lenge,
  • ab hum ek pain Mein sugar aur water add karke,isme green cardamom daal Denge chasni banane ke liye
  • Jab Chasni Mein boil ho Jaye tab Hum isme ek ek Karke Chena balls daal Denge
  • Ab Hum chena balls ko dhak kar 10 minutes k liye high flame per cook karenge.
  • 10 minute baad hum gas off kar denge aur Chena balls ko pan mein he thanda hone Ke Liye Chod Denge.
  • jab Hamara Chena balls bilkul Thanda ho gayega. Tub isse hum strain karke iska sugar syrup alag kar denge.
  • Ab chena Malai banane ke liye Ek Pan Mein Ek litre milk boil Hone denge, aur lo flam per Hum lagatar chalate hue gadha hone tak cook pakayege.
  • Jab Hamara milk gadha ho jaye tab Hum usme sugar aur elaichi powder dalkar mix Karenge
  • uske baad isme ek ek Karke Chena balls dalkar mix Karenge, aur isse dhak kar 5 minute Tak Aur cook Karenge.
  • 5 minute baad Hamara Chena angoori Malai Bankar taiyar hai.
  • Ab isse ek bowl main nikal kar chopped Pista aur Kesar se Garnish kar denge.
