Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 3/4 cup paneer

  • 3 cups full fat Milk

  • 1/4 cup condensed milk

  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

  • 4-5 strands Saffron (soak it in a tbsp of warm milk)

  • 5 - 6 Almonds

  • 5-6 Pistachios

  • 4-5 Cashew nuts

  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

    Grate paneer and keep it aside.

  • 02

    Mix condensed milk with a tbsp of milk and keep it aside.

  • 03

    Roast nuts and chop it into small pieces.

  • 04

    Boil milk in a pan until it reduces a little and becomes slightly thick

  • 05

    Add condensed milk, saffron, cardamom powder and grated paneer and cook for another 2-3 minutes

  • 06

    Switch off and garnish with nuts. Allow it to cool.

  • 07

    put in the Refrigerator and serve chilled
