in a pan heat milk
Remove rice from water
Add rice in milk
Simmer over low flame, stirring occasionally till the rice is cooked and the milk becomes thick
When done add makhane, cardamom powder,milk cream,sugar raisins,almond, cashew nuts
Stir till sugar dissolves,add saffron leaves soaked in milk
Stir well
Now turn off flame, transfer into a serving dish
Add grated paneer
Sprinkle more dry fruits
Now ur healthy ,tasty yummy kheer is ready
