Soak daal only by adding salt and turmeric for atleast 1 hour.it will save your gas
Now roast all the left spices in dry pan for 8 to 10 seconds
Now put oil in one pan and when it warm up add jeera and rai and curry leaves
Now add ginger garlic chopped and green chilli
After proper roasting them add chopped onion
Make it browned and add tomatoes with all left dry roasted spices
Add some water drops and at low flame simmering the tadka
Another side after soaking the daal boil in pressure cooker by adding chopped ghiya and estimated water.like for 1 cup daal we need 2 and half cup around to boil.let sit and have 3 to 4 whistles and dont open the cooker until whole steam went out
Add tadka in boiled daal and garnish with coriander leaves
Serve the daal by adding desi ghee.full of protein
