1 cup daliya
Water 2 -1/2 cup
Ghee-1 TBSP
Carrot chopped-1/4 cup
Peas 1 cup
Capsicum-1/4 cup
Green chilli-1 chopped
Green coriander-1 tbsp chopped
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt _1/2tsp
Jeera-1/4 tsp
Grated cheese for garnish-1tsp
Onion -1 chopped
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Directions
In cooker heat 1 tbsp ghee
Roast daliya till golden brown in colour
Add all vegetables ,masala and water
Cook until well cook
Serve hot
