Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup daliya

  • Water 2 -1/2 cup

  • Ghee-1 TBSP

  • Carrot chopped-1/4 cup

  • Peas 1 cup

  • Capsicum-1/4 cup

  • Green chilli-1 chopped

  • Green coriander-1 tbsp chopped

  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

  • Salt _1/2tsp

  • Jeera-1/4 tsp

  • Grated cheese for garnish-1tsp

  • Onion -1 chopped

  • Garam masala-1/2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    In cooker heat 1 tbsp ghee

  • 02

    Roast daliya till golden brown in colour

  • 03

    Add all vegetables ,masala and water

  • 04

    Cook until well cook

  • 05

    Serve hot
