  • soya chunks 200 grams 4 to 5 tbsp corn flour 2 to 3 tbsp maida 2 tbsp chilli powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 lime salt 1/2 tsp oil 2 cups 1 onion finely chopped 2 green chilli finely chopped 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp soya sauce ketchup 2 tbsp 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2tsp salt

    wash and soak the soya chunks for 10 minutes after 10 minutes drain the water and squeeze the excess water take a mixing bowl add soya chunks chilli powder corn flour maida ginger garlic paste salt lime juice and cumin powder now sprinkle water and mix keep aside Now heat the pan add enough oil when oil is hot add soya chunks fry until brown in color drain out the fried soya and keep aside now heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil when oil is hot add chopped onion stir add ginger garlic paste fry until raw smell evaporates add soya sauce ketchup salt and chilli powder mix well now add fried soya chunks mix well switch off the flame serve hot yummy and tasty soya chunks Manchurian ready thank you happy cooking
