  • Paneer 200g Green peas 1 cup Chopped onion 1 Garlic-Ginger 1tsp Chopped green chilly 2 Chopped coriander 2 tsp Dry coriander powder 1tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil 1 tsp

    Grind Paneer and green peas roughly Shift in a plate Add onion and all other masalas Mix well Spread mixture in plate Cut into your favorite shapes Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium flame Put tikkies Cook for 3-4 minute and turn Cook from the other side for 3-4 minutes Protein Labalab tikkies are ready
