Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • Chana dal- 1/4cup


  • Tuar dal- 1/4cup


  • Whole moong- 1/4cup


  • Whole masoor dal- 1/4cup


  • Egg- 4


  • Onion- 3medium


  • Ginger- 1 1/2inch


  • Garlic- 4cloves


  • Green chili- 1


  • Tomatoes- 2


  • Salt- 1/2tsp 1/4tsp 1/4tsp


  • Haldi- 1/2tsp 1/2tsp


  • Red chili powder- 1/2tsp


  • Kitchen king masala- 1tsp


  • Garam masala- 1/2tbsp


  • Oil- 3tbsp 1tsp


  • Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp


  • Chopped coriander leaves- 3tbsp


  • Kasuri methi- 2tbsp

Directions

  • Soak all the dals for 1/2 an hour together
  • Now pressure cook the dals with little salt abd haldi for 2 whistles. One in high and one in low. let it open it naturally
  • In a pan heat 1tsp oil. In a bowl add add eggs, salt and pepper powder and mix. Now add this to the heated oil and make egg burji and keep aside
  • In another kadai heat oil and add chopped onion and saute. Then add chopped ginger, garlic and green chili and saute for 5mins
  • Add chopped tomatoes and saute. Also add all the spices amd kasuri methi and saute up to oil separates.
  • Now add boiled dal to it and mix. Let this cook for 10mins in simmer
  • Finally add egg bhurji and coriander leaves and mix
  • Serve this hot with nana or roti
