Soak all the dals for 1/2 an hour together
Now pressure cook the dals with little salt abd haldi for 2 whistles. One in high and one in low. let it open it naturally
In a pan heat 1tsp oil. In a bowl add add eggs, salt and pepper powder and mix. Now add this to the heated oil and make egg burji and keep aside
In another kadai heat oil and add chopped onion and saute. Then add chopped ginger, garlic and green chili and saute for 5mins
Add chopped tomatoes and saute. Also add all the spices amd kasuri methi and saute up to oil separates.
Now add boiled dal to it and mix. Let this cook for 10mins in simmer
Finally add egg bhurji and coriander leaves and mix
Serve this hot with nana or roti
