Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Spinach- 1bunch

  • Methi leaves- 1tbsp

  • Dill leaves- 1tbsp

  • Small brinjal- 1

  • Small carrot- 1

  • Small potato- 1

  • Onion medium- 3

  • Garlic- 5 cloves

  • Ginger- 1.5inch piece

  • Chana dal- 3/4cup

  • Haldi- 1tsp

  • Red chili powder- 1tsp

  • Green chili- 1

  • Lemon juice- 2tbsp

  • Oil- 2tbsp

  • Salt to taste- 1/2tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion first amd saute

  • 02

    Then add chopped ginger garlic and green chili and saute for a min

  • 03

    Then add chopped veggies and greens. And saute for a min

    Then add 2cups of water and also chopped tomatoes and all the spices. also add chana dal

    Let this cook for 4 to 5 whistles.

    Let this open naturally . It will take around 10mins

    Then open the cooker and mash tge veggies with help of ladel.

    The dal and veggies should be mashed

  • 09

    Add lemon juice to it and mix

  • 10

    Serve hot rice and curd
