Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gm broccoli


  • 50 gram pea


  • 100 gram spinch


  • 70 gram paneer


  • 1 table spoon lime juice


  • 10 gram ginger


  • 10 gram garam masala


  • 5 gram chilli


  • 30 gram roasted besan


  • 30 gram coriander leaves


  • 3 tbs Butter for roasting kabab


  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste

Directions

  • Chop all veggie on chopping board
  • Take a large bowl add all veggies, grated paneer, roasted besan, grated ginger, garam masala, salt, lime juice
  • Mix all togather well
  • Make medium size patties with this mixture,
  • Heat butter in a over medium flame, shellow fry the patties, till they become golden in color
  • Serve hot with mint chatni and lachcha onion
