Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 200 gm broccoli

  • 50 gram pea

  • 100 gram spinch

  • 70 gram paneer

  • 1 table spoon lime juice

  • 10 gram ginger

  • 10 gram garam masala

  • 5 gram chilli

  • 30 gram roasted besan

  • 30 gram coriander leaves

  • 3 tbs Butter for roasting kabab

  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste

Directions

    Chop all veggie on chopping board

  • 02

    Take a large bowl add all veggies, grated paneer, roasted besan, grated ginger, garam masala, salt, lime juice

    Mix all togather well

  • 04

    Make medium size patties with this mixture,

  • 05

    Heat butter in a over medium flame, shellow fry the patties, till they become golden in color

  • 06

    Serve hot with mint chatni and lachcha onion
