Heat milk in a vessel and reduce it to half
Add cashews, sugar and raisins. Wait till raisins become plum.
Stir well on low flame.
Add the roasted poha in the milk and cook till poha becomes soft.
Add saffron strands and wait till milk changes to kesariya color.
Scrap off excess milk from the sides of the pan and stir well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
