Heat oil and add cinnamon stick, cumin seeds and onions.
When onion turns golden add ginger garlic paste and chilli.
Wait till raw smell goes off.
Add peas and salt.
Add rice and 1 cup water. Cook for 2-3 whitsles
Add some food color in 1 tsp cooked rice and mix it well with pulao.
Peas pulao is ready to serve.
