  • Ingredients: -1 bowl consisting of boiled paalak mash (spniach) 1 large bowl Makhan (roasted in 1 teaspoon ghee ) 1 onion greated /fine chopped 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup fresh creamy 1/2 cup fresh curd 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon green chili paste 1 Teak Leaf 1 piece cinnamon 1 steep red chillies 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon ghee

Directions

  • Heat the oil in the pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, cinnamon, fry the onion and fry. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste, then fry pink. Add turmeric powder coriander powder. Now add curd and mix well, keep the dash immediately after the fridge. Do not pour it when it is in the room temperature. Now when the curd is solidified, add the spinach paste and mix well and add the garam masala and sugar mixed together. Boil 2-3minutes on medium flame, add little milk or water (about 1/2 cup) mixed with roasted makhana and then fry it for 2-3 minutes, then add 1 spoonful of ghee to it and close the flame .... Serve with favorite bread, rice, whole Note- I have not used tomatoes, replaced with fresh curd, so taste and vegetable color are both good ... 😊
