for gravy : in a blender combine fried onions, curd, tomato puree, milk, sesame seeds, milk & blend it to a smooth paste. heat oil in a saucepan/kadhai . add zeera & bay leafs. once it crackles add ginger garlic paste & red chilli, turmeric & garam masala pwdr saute for few minutes. (add 1/2 cup water to avoid burning of masala) add the onion tomato paste & cook for few minutes .add saunf powder, salt, sugar & lemon juice & simmer for few minutes . add fresh cream & kasuri methi pwdr . finally add butter & simmer for few more minutes . cook till oil floats on top. garnish with chopped coriander leaves &few strands of fried onions. serve hot with skewered Tandoori Paneer
