Ingredients

Serves 3

  • DALIYA OR PORRIDGE 1 cup

  • ONION 1 small chopped

  • TOMATO 1 small chopped

  • GREEN CHILIS 1 OPTIONAL chopped

  • GINGER GARLIC 6 to 7 cloves grated

  • JEERA OR CUMIN SEEDS 1 tablespoon

  • SALT 1 tablespoon

  • RED CHILLI POWDER 1 teaspoon

  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 teaspoon

  • KITCHEN KING 1 teaspoon

  • LEMON JUICE 1 teaspoon

Directions

    First the daliya in pressure cooker or open

  • 02

    Now at another side take a pan and put some oil

  • 03

    Put jeera and roast it

  • 04

    Now add ginger garlic and make them golden

  • 05

    Add chopped onion and tomato and green chilli

  • 06

    Roast them for few minutes at low flame

  • 07

    Now add all the spices and cover the utensil by adding some little water

  • 08

    Make a smooth masala or curry and add boiled porridge or daliya

  • 09

    Garnish with coriander leaves by sprinkling lemon juice drops.
