Dry roast sesame seeds till aromatic and crunchy but not overly brown.
Blend pista, almonds, dates, cocoa powder and 3/4 of the sesame seeds to form somewhat coarse powder (or finer).
Transfer the powder to a bowl.
Heat chocolate morsels and coconut oil in microwave till chocolate melts (run every 30 seconds to check if it's melted).
Add honey to the chocolate sauce. Mix well.
Pour this sauce in the nutty powder and mix well.
Take about teaspoon of mixture and make round balls of equal sized.
Roll them in remaining sesame seeds and refrigerate them so that they firm up.
