  • Royal cheese cream material: 250 gm cottage cheese 125 g cream 1 onion cut 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 tomato chopped 1 teaspoon fresh curd 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 green cardamom 1 tsp Khasri Fenugreek 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 cup milk 1-2 hr 1 teaspoon oil Salt to taste 1 teaspoon sugars (optional but paneer cream vegetable combination is sweet and sweet combination of both)

    cut the cottage cheese and put it in the water and boil it with a little salt and then make the cheese soft. Now heat the oil in the pan and add the onion powder to it, now add ginger garlic paste, salt, green chilli Now fry till it is mixed and stirring constantly in a low flame, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala and fry a little bit. Now add yogurt, then chop the tomatoes finely. Add roasted paneer. Now add paneer and run it in a low flame and stir it with a spoon mixing milk. Now add kasoori fenugreek, cardamom and sugar and keep it for 2 minutes while keeping the middle, if the vegetable is thick, Add water or mix it together. Prepare your royal cheese with creamy bread, podi, paratha ..... 👍
