For Guacamole-
1. Peel the outer covering of ripe avocados.
2. Grind the Avocados for 3-4 seconds until nutty paste that forms guacamole.
3. To the guacamole squeeze the juice of 2 lemons.
4. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, garlic, coriander leaves, salt as per taste.
For pancakes-
1. To the gram flour add water to make batter.
2. Add chopped vegetables, baking powder, salt as per taste to the batter.
3. Now take a dosa pan and heat it on low flame.
4. Smear a little olive oil on it to prepare pancake.
5. When pan is hot, pour and spread the batter of gram flour evenly into a circular motion.
6. When the colour of pancake turns brown from the edges, flip it upside down and cook till light brown.
7. Fold the pancake and fill it with guacamole. Serve hot with some more guacamole as a dip.
8. Enjoy pancakes with guacamole dip with almonds.
