  • Foxnuts 50 grams


  • Raisins 50 grams


  • Dry dates 50 grams


  • Almonds 50 grams


  • Walnuts 50 grams


  • Dry raisins 50 grams


  • Fennel seeds 50 grams


  • Withania Somnifera {ashvagandha powder} 50 grams


  • Green cardamom 10 grams


  • Rock sugar { dhaage waali mishri} 200 grams

Directions

  • Dry roast foxnuts
  • Cut all the foxnuts into small pieces and separate seeds from dry dates.
  • Grind all the dry fruits and make a fine paste and transfer it into a bowl.
  • Now add ashvagandha powder and mix it well and store it in a air tight container
  • Whenever you want to drink milk, heat one glass milk and sugar and add 1 tablespoon of this powder.
  • Serve hot.
