Take 1 cup of fliur adf beet puree,salt and oil
Take water and make dough
Take 3/4 cup flour adf palak puree,salt and oil and make a dough
Then lastly take remaining flour,haldi,salt and oil make dough
Take carrot dough and make roll with fingers
Now take palak dough and make roll equal long like carrot dough
Now roo out it a little and put carrot roll and cover it elwith palak roll
Lastly roll down beet dough large then parak roll and took in it previous roll and cover with beet roll
Cut this roll in small parts
Press a little and roll down tortia
Heat oil in pan add jeera and onion
Saute and add bell peppers
Cook a little and add paneer
Add all spices and sauce
Our filling is ready
Take one tortia and spread green chutney
Add filling in lengthwise and make tight roll
Dizzle mayo and serve with salad
Garnish with coriander leaves
