Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats


  • 1/2 cup spinach puree


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp corn for filling


  • 1 tbsp onion


  • 1 tbsp carrot


  • 1 tbsp cabbage


  • 1 tbsp beans


  • 1 tbsp capsicum


  • 1 green chilli


  • 2 tbsp cooked maggi noodles


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp jeera


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1/8 tsp haldi

Directions

  • Roast oats and grind to fine powder
  • In a bowl add all spices
  • Make a smooth battar
  • Now add remaining ingredients and mix them fell to form smooth lumpfree battar
  • For filling heat oil spplutter jeera
  • Adf onion and sauteadf cartot and beans and cook
  • Add capsicum and cook
  • Add spices and coriander leaves mix well
  • Heat pan pour laddle of battar and spread evenly
  • Dizzle oil and make chilli
  • Cut chilla in halves
  • Shape it like cone and insert toothpick to seal
  • Fill cones with veg mixture
  • Serve warm with green chutney
