Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup spinach puree

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp corn for filling

  • 1 tbsp onion

  • 1 tbsp carrot

  • 1 tbsp cabbage

  • 1 tbsp beans

  • 1 tbsp capsicum

  • 1 green chilli

  • 2 tbsp cooked maggi noodles

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1/4 tsp jeera

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves

  • 1/8 tsp haldi

Directions

    Roast oats and grind to fine powder

    In a bowl add all spices

    Make a smooth battar

  • 04

    Now add remaining ingredients and mix them fell to form smooth lumpfree battar

    For filling heat oil spplutter jeera

    Adf onion and sauteadf cartot and beans and cook

    Add capsicum and cook

    Add spices and coriander leaves mix well

    Heat pan pour laddle of battar and spread evenly

    Dizzle oil and make chilli

    Cut chilla in halves

  • 12

    Shape it like cone and insert toothpick to seal

    Fill cones with veg mixture

  • 14

    Serve warm with green chutney
