In a bowl mix maida,oil,salt,and knead dough with the help of water
make smooth dough,cover with cloth,set aside for 1 hour
Meanwhile start making filling
In a bowl add boiled corn, grated cheese, grated paneer
Add chilli flakes,salt,black pepper powder, chopped green chilli,chat masala,garam masala
Mix well
Now with dough make lemon size balls
Make round roti with rolling pin
Cut in to two halfs
Fold in triangle shape
Fill filling ,seal edges with water
Make all samosa or you can give another shape like pockets
Heat oil in a pan
Deep fry all ,till golden brown
Serve with chutney
