  • 3 cup chickpeas


  • 5 cup water


  • 1-2 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  • 3 cup chana ko raat bhar 9 cup pani mein bhigo dein.
  • Ab bhige hue chanon ko pani se nikalker cooker mein daalein or 4 cup pani daalker banane rakh din
  • Cooker mein tez aanch par lagatar 8 siti lekar aanch ko dhimi kar de or chanon ko 20-25 minute tak pakaein.
  • Ab cooker ko 2-3 ghante tak aise hi chod dein.
  • Ab cooker ko kholein chane check karein pak gaye honge. 6. Pake hue chanon ko chaan lein or chaan kar bache pani ko nikalker ek alag katore mein room temperature par 2-3 ghante thanda hone dein.
  • -3 ghante baad chanon ka pani gada ho gaya hoga. Ise hum AQUAFABA kehte hain or isi se hum jab chahein ghar par whipped cream bana sakte hain jo puri tarah se fatless hoti hai.
  • Ab aquafaba ki 5 teaspoon ek gehre bowl mein lein aur isme 3 teaspoon powder sugar lekar ise beat karein.
  • Agar aap electric beater use kar rahe hain to aapko 12-15 minute tak mixture ko whip karna hoga or agar hand beater use karte hain so it will take around 45 minutes.And ur whipped cream is ready.
  • Ab aap isme koi bhi essence milaker ise cakes ya ice cream mein use kar sakte hain .
