  • 1/2 kg Fatty Beef Mince 3 Onions (chopped) 2 Tomatoes (chopped) 3-4 Green Chillies (pounded) 1 tbsp Ginger paste 1 tsp Garlic paste Salt 1 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Cummin powder few Pomegranate seeds crushed (optional) 2 Eggs (beaten) 1/2 tsp Corriander powder 1 tbsp Cornflour 1/2 tsp Chilli powder

    Mix all very well and make patties. Fry in little oil on a nonstick pan till nicely browned up just like burger patties. Jus before you remove keep a slice of tomato on each and flap it on the pan to let the slice stick and get cooked. remove on platter that has kitchen paper. make sure you keep tomato slice facing up.
