Ingredients

Potatos - 2 medium
Maida - 2tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1/2
Garlic - 5 pods
Spring Onion - 1 cup
Bell pepper red - 1/4 cup
Capsicum - 1/4 cup
Red chilli paste - 1 Tsp
Ketchup - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Directions
Chop potatos and boil them in water for 5 mins. Dry them completely by coating some flours.
Make batter using maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt and add potatos. Now deep fry potatos in oil.
Now in a pan, add garlic, onion, spring onion, green chilly, gingr garlic paste(optional), bell peppers & saute them.
Now add salt, pepper powder,red chilli paste, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, corn flour slurry, sesame seeds and honey.
Add potatos and give a quick stir.yummy honey chilli potato is ready.
